Numfocus

PyData is an educational program of NumFOCUS, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization in the United States.
PyData began as a workshop held in March of 2012 at the Googleplex in Mountain View, CA. Travis Oliphant and Peter Wang, from Continuum Analytics, along with Julie Steele and Edd Dumbill, from O'Reilly, organized the event. .
